Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 ml glass milk


  • 2 tsp soaked almonds


  • 7-8 nos threads of saffron


  • 2 tsp soaked poppy seeds


  • 1 tsp pistachio


  • 1 tsp cashew


  • 1 tsp gulkand


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Directions

  • put cashew, almonds, pistachio , poppy seeds ,gulkand and black pepper in a mixer jar and make a fine paste with little milk
  • Take a heavy bottom pan put milk and bring it to boil.
  • Add grinded paste and let it boil for 10- 12 minutes.
  • Finally add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Let it be cool.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
